1. The Builders sales rep works for the builder, not for you. 

Builders require us to visit with you on your first visit to sign you in and notify them that your working with us. Imagine if something goes wrong, who will be in your corner? The builder surely won’t be! 

2. Negotiation - Your agent can negotiate extras for you, the builder won’t offer up any additional freebies.. 

The builder wont educate you on ALL of your financing options, they will only suggest the builders lender. - You have options when buying a home I work with some great lenders that sometimes offer better rates then builders. 

3. Overseeing your home Inspection

A builder isn’t going to offer your home up for an additional inspection to make sure everything is done correctly, but your agent will. 

4. “What you see is what you get.” Or, in this case, what you see is not what you might get! 

Your REALTOR will be able to show you whats included and what you’d be paying extra for. 

5. Using a REALTOR when purchasing Is FREE to you! 

The builder pays my commission- you don’t pay anything!  Why not have someone in your corner for FREE?! 

6. We can help you budget when It comes to upgrades.

Your agent should have experience with the cost of upgrades with the builder and after closing, choose someone with experience.
