Hi! My name is Kristen Peabody and I’m so excited to begin the process of buying or selling a home together!

Buying and selling a home is one of the biggest decisions you will make, and I am honored to have the opportunity to help and guide you through the entire process. My biggest goal is to make sure that YOU are taken care of. I’m here to ensure that during each step along the way your questions are being answered, things go smoothly, and your home buying or selling experience is as easy and effortless as possible.

Kristen has lived in Arizona for 20 plus years and has seen the tremendous growth of the Valley of the Sun firsthand. After moving from Illinois with her family in 2002 to escape the cold winters, she can’t imagine living anywhere else. Her experience in real estate began in the East Valley with her first Arizona home in the beautiful community of Las Sendas in Mesa. Since then, she has bought and renovated multiple homes in locations across the East Valley like Mesa, Queen Creek, and Gilbert. She has gone through the process of buying, renovating, and selling her own homes and knows firsthand the emotions and stress that can come along with this process. So, it’s her pleasure to walk you through the steps of making any home into you and your family’s dream home.

When she’s not out visiting these new areas, she’s researching and using her social network to get inside information on what’s up and coming. If you aren’t in the market for a new build, she also has a vast knowledge of pre-existing homes. She considers the ins and outs of your home buying or selling process.

She’s able to get to know your exact needs and priorities and uses this information to find the right home for you. Kristen can give you insider information on items such as commute times, local stores and eateries, and fun things to do in the area on those precious days off! Having a daughter herself she knows the importance of choosing the best possible school or district and can guide you in making these critical decisions in your child’s education and future. She will also be able to use her knowledge of the area to eliminate properties with any noises, unwanted characteristics, or investments that won’t pay off.
